Brazil ratifies Intercountry Adoption Convention mars101999 On Wednesday, 10 March 1999, Brazil ratified the Hague Convention of 29 May 1993 on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption. This Convention will enter into force for Brazil on 1 July 1999.
