The Service Convention does not prevent the implementation of bilateral agreements in the civil field between Kuwait and other countries.
Conventions bilatérales d’entraide judiciaire : Bulgarie, Egypte (ratifiée par la loi 96/1977) ; Liban ; Maroc (ratifiée par la loi 43/1998) ; Tunisie (ratifiée par la loi 123/1977) ; Turquie. Une convention multilatérale d’entraide judiciaire a été conclue entre les Etats du Co-operation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf : Arabie saoudite, Bahreïn, Emirats arabes unis, Koweït, Oman, Qatar (ratifiée par la loi 44/1998). |
