Explanatory Report on the 2005 Hague Choice of Court Convention
The Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law is pleased to announce that the Explanatory Report on the Hague Convention of 30 June 2005 on Choice of Court Agreements by Trevor Hartley and Masato Dogauchi is now available in off-print format on the Hague Conference website. The Explanatory Report serves as a Commentary on the Convention adopted by the Twentieth Session, which is set out in the Final Act of 30 June 2005. The Explanatory Report was also published in Tome III of the Proceedings of the Twentieth Session.
