Croatia accedes to Hague Evidence Convention

On Thursday 1 October 2009, Croatia deposited its instrument of accession to the Hague Convention of 18 March 1970 on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at The Hague. The Evidence Convention will enter into force for Croatia on 30 November 2009.
