Mauritius envisages accession to Hague Securities Convention

The Government of Mauritius has informed the Permanent Bureau that the Republic of Mauritius is envisaging and actively preparing accession to the Hague Convention of 5 July 2006 on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in respect of Securities held with an Intermediary.
