The EU and Ukraine join the 2019 Judgments Convention – Ukraine ratifies the 2007 Maintenance Obligations Protocol

Today, 29 August 2022, the European Union (EU) deposited its instrument of accession to the Convention of 2 July 2019 on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters (Judgments Convention), becoming the first Contracting Party to the Convention.
