One Contracting State raised an objection to the accession of the Republic of Azerbaijan before 28 February 2024, namely the United States of America, whose declaration is given below. Therefore, the Convention will not enter into force between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the above-mentioned Contracting State.
In accordance with Article 60, second paragraph, sub-paragraph b, the Convention entered into force between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the other Contracting States which have not raised an objection to the accession of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on 28 February 2024.
