In accordance with article 32, paragraph 2, of the Convention, requests under article 32, paragraph 1, shall be communicated to the Belgian authorities only through its Central Authority.
In accordance with article 28, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the ‘Service Public Fédéral Justice’ is designated as the Central Authority to discharge the duties which are imposed by the Convention on Belgium.
In accordance with article 42 of the Convention, requests under article 8 and article 33 are to be addressed to the Belgian Central Authority.
