Forwarding authorities in Bulgaria are the proceeding courts, bailiffs, private bailiffs and notaries. |

The service is formal within the meaning of Article 5 of the Convention. Formal service is effected by the courts. |

The Republic of Bulgaria requires the document, which is to be served, to be written in or accompanied by a translation into the Bulgarian language. See declarations. |
