Mexico - Workshop on the Hague Service Convention

On 28 November 2011, over 140 experts, judges, government officials, process servers, professors and members of the Permanent Bureau of the Hague Conference on Private International Law attended a workshop in Mexico City, Mexico, on the practical operation of the Hague Convention of 15 November of 1965 on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters (Service Convention).

The workshop was hosted by the Consultoría Jurídica of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico and organised in collaboration with the Permanent Bureau and the Central Authority of Mexico (Directorate-General of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs). The main purpose of the workshop was to review some aspects of the practical operation of the Service Convention in Mexico.

México - Taller sobre el Convenio sobre Notificación

Más de 140 expertos, jueces, funcionarios gubernamentales, notificadores, profesores y miembros de la Oficina Permanente de la Conferencia de La Haya de Derecho Internacional Privado se reunieron en la Ciudad de México (México) el 28 de noviembre de 2011 para asistir a un taller sobre el funcionamiento práctico del Convenio de 15 de noviembre de 1965 sobre la Notificación o Traslado en el Extranjero de Documentos Judiciales y Extrajudiciales en Materia Civil o Comercial (Convenio sobre Notificación).

El taller estuvo organizado bajo los auspicios de la Consultoría Jurídica de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México en colaboración con la Oficina Permanente y la Autoridad Central mexicana (Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos de la SRE). El objetivo del taller consistió en revisar algunos aspectos del funcionamiento práctico del Convenio sobre Notificación en México.
