Cazaquistão - Autoridade competente (Arts 15, 16, 17, 18)
The Republic of Kazakhstan designates the following Competent authority (as of 27.02.2023):
The Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"which is authorized to arrange for the taking of evidence without compulsion in accordance with articles 15, 16, and 17 of the Convention and to provide assistance in taking evidence by force in accordance with article 18 of the Convention."
