Canada extended the Convention to the Provinces of Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan on 27 August 2026.
The Convention will, in accordance with Article 61, first paragraph, and with Article 60, second paragraph, sub-paragraph c, enter into force for the Provinces of Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan on 1 December 2026.
