[…] the Government of the United Kingdom, in accordance with Article 25 of the Convention, hereby declares that the Convention shall extend to the territory of Gibraltar, for whose international relations the United Kingdom is responsible. The Government of the United Kingdom considers, in accordance with Article 28(2)(b) of the Convention, the extension to the territory of Gibraltar shall be effective on the first day of the month following the expiration of three months after this notification.

Further to its declaration of 27 June 2024 extending the Convention to England and Wales only, the United Kingdom declares, in accordance with Article 25 and 30, that the Convention shall also extend to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The United Kingdom declares, in accordance with Article 25, that the Convention shall extend to England and Wales only, and that it may at any time submit other declarations or modify this declaration in accordance with Article 30 of the Convention.
