Meeting of the Experts’ Group on Recognition and Enforcement of Agreements in Family Matters

On 28 and 29 June 2018, the Experts’ Group on cross-border recognition and enforcement of agreements in family disputes involving children held its fourth meeting at the Permanent Bureau. The meeting was attended by 16 experts and members of the Permanent Bureau under the chairmanship of Professor Paul Beaumont from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland (UK).

The Experts’ Group also discussed the way forward for the Project on cross-border recognition and enforcement of agreements in family matters involving children.
