Forwarding authorities

Costs relating to execution of the request for service

Upon ratification of the Convention, El Salvador declared that it entirely excludes the application of the provision contained in Article 8(1), i.e., the consular or diplomatic channel (Legislative Decree No. 932 of 9 January 2024. Official Gazette No. 17, Volume 442, of 25 January 2024)

The transmission of documents by postal and electronic means (e-mail) between Central Authorities is accepted, using the 'Model Form' duly completed and translated into Spanish.
