Just published: Spanish version of the Explanatory Report on the 2007 Hague Child Support Convention

The Hague Conference on Private International Law is pleased to announce the recent publication of the Spanish version of the Explanatory Report on the Hague Convention of 23 November 2007 on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance, drawn up by Alegría Borrás and Jennifer Degeling, with the assistance of William Duncan and Philippe Lortie.

The Permanent Bureau would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Alegría Borrás who prepared the Spanish version of the Explanatory Report. It is hoped that this publication of the Explanatory Report in Spanish will invite Spanish-speaking States to become Parties to the Hague Convention of 23 November 2007 on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance in the near future.
