On 26 January 2018 Belgium raised an objection to the accession of Tunisia to the abovementioned Convention in accordance with article 12 of the Convention, as a result of which the Convention did not enter into force between Tunisia and Belgium. […] the Kingdom of Belgium has the honor to inform the […] depositary of the Apostille Convention of the withdrawal of this objection.
Therefore, the Convention entered into force between the Kingdom of Belgium and (...) the Republic of Tunisia on 11 June 2025.
