Just published: Russian translation of the General Principles for Judicial Communications
The Permanent Bureau is pleased to announce the recent publication of the Russian translation of the Emerging Guidance regarding the development of the International Hague Network of Judges and General Principles for Judicial Communications, including commonly accepted safeguards for Direct Judicial Communications in specific cases, within the context of the International Hague Network of Judges. The Permanent Bureau is very grateful to the Scientific and Methodological Center for Mediation and Law for the very generous assistance in preparing the Russian translation of the General Principles.
