On 10 May 2001, at a meeting organised by the International Union of Sheriff Officers and Judicial Officers in Cape Town, South Africa, the First Secretary of the Hague Conference, Dr Christophe Bernasconi, made an electronic presentation on the Hague Conference to promote the Organisation's work in several African countries.
