The Evidence Convention enters into force for Viet Nam

On 3 May 2020, the Convention of 18 March 1970 on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters entered into force for Viet Nam following the deposit of its instrument of accession on 4 March 2020.
