In preparation for the Special Commission on the practical operation of the Apostille Convention and the preceding 12th International Forum on the e-APP, both scheduled to be held in October 2021, the Permanent Bureau circulated a Questionnaire to Contracting Parties, Member non-Contracting Parties, and other interested States.
