Regarding Article 7:
In accordance with Article 7 and subparagraph “a” of paragraph 2 of Article 28 of the Convention, Ukraine shall accept applications and supporting documents if they are drawn up in the Ukrainian language or accompanied by a translation into the Ukrainian language, and reserves the right not to accept documents drawn up in, or translated into, English or French, as provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the Convention.

Regarding Article 28:
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 28 of the Convention, Ukraine reserves the right to exclude the application of Article 1 of the Convention to persons who are not nationals of a Contracting State but who have their habitual residence in a Contracting State or previously had their habitual residence in Ukraine, in the absence of reciprocity in relations with the State whose nationals are applying for legal aid.
Pursuant to subparagraph “f” of paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Convention, Ukraine reserves the right not to apply paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Convention to persons who are nationals of or habitually resident in a Contracting State that has made a reservation in accordance with subparagraph “b” of paragraph 2 of Article 28 of the Convention.
Pursuant to subparagraph “g” of paragraph 3 of Article 28 of the Convention, Ukraine reserves the right not to apply the provisions of Chapter II of the Convention to persons who are nationals of or habitually resident in a Contracting State that has made a reservation in accordance with subparagraph “c” of paragraph 2 of Article 28 of the Convention.
