Conference "35 Years of CISG - Present Experiences and Future Challenges"

The Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb and UNCITRAL co-organised an international conference to celebrate the 35th anniversary of CISG. The Principles on Choice of Law in International Commercial Contracts were presented during the panel discussion entitled "Interplay between the CISG and other legal sources of contract law (or contract principles)".
