The Permanent Bureau is pleased to announce that in addition to Members and Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention, registration is now open to the general public for the 12th International Forum on the electronic Apostille Programme (e-APP). The e-APP Forum convenes experts and stakeholders from around the world to discuss the latest developments and best practices in relation to the e‑APP.
The event will be hosted online on Monday 4 October 2021. It will be divided into four sessions, spanning time zones that are accessible across the world, from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CEST. A Draft Agenda for the Forum, including a breakdown of the four sessions, is available here.
Interested persons are invited to register here. The deadline for registration is Friday, 10 September 2021, 5.00 p.m. CEST. Please note, while participation is free of charge, the number of participants will be limited. Registrations will be handled on a first come, first served basis. The working languages of the Forum will be English, French, and Spanish.
