Ireland ratifies Legalisation Convention jan81999 On Friday, 8 January 1999, Ireland ratified the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents. This Convention will enter into force for Ireland on 9 March 1999.
