  2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs - for other documents;
  3. The Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has been authorized to issue apostilles to the documents executed in the territory of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of the Republic of Azerbaijan
