Questionnaire of August 2003
In August 2003, the Permanent Bureau issued a document to Member States and States Parties to the Apostille Convention providing succinct explanations relating to the Convention as well as a short questionnaire in preparation for the Special Commission on the practical operation of the Convention, which took place in October/November 2003.
