At the ceremony, held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, depositary of the HCCH Conventions, the Republic of Moldova was represented by H.E. Mr Veaceslav Dobinda, Ambassador to the Netherlands, and Ms Natalia Vremea, Counsellor at the Embassy of Moldova. It will enter into force for the Republic of Moldova on 1 January 2026. With the accession of Moldova, 33 States and the European Union are bound by the 2005 Choice of Court Convention. It will enter into force for Moldova on 1 July 2024.
