<description>Thanks to the European Commission (DG Justice), the Explanatory Report on the Hague Protocol of 23 November 2007 on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations, prepared by Andrea Bonomi, is now available in all official languages of the European Union (with the exception of Danish). With this, the Explanatory Report has been published in English, French, Spanish, German and other official languages of the European Union.
