[…] the Federal Republic of Germany herewith objects to the accession of the Philippines in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 2 of the Convention abolishing the Requirements of Legalization for Foreign Documents (The Hague, 5 October, 1961).

Pursuant to Article 12, second paragraph, of that Convention, Finland hereby raises an objection to the accession of the Republic of the Philippines.

The Republic of Austria raises an objection to the accession of the Republic of the Philippines with reference to Article 12, paragraph 2 of the Convention.

In accordance with Article 12, paragraph 2, of the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, the Republic of Austria had raised an objection to the accession of the Republic of the Philippines to the Convention.
Following a review of this objection, the Republic of Austria has decided to withdraw its objection to the accession of the Republic of the Philippines to the Convention.
Therefore, the Convention will enter into force between the Republic of Austria and the Republic of the Philippines as of 1 June 2023.

In accordance with Article 12, paragraph 2, of the Hague Convention abolishing the requirement of legalisation for foreign public documents of the 5th October 1961, the Government of the Hellenic Republic hereby objects to the accession of the Republic of the Philippines to the above mentioned Convention.

[…] the Hellenic Republic hereby withdraws its objection raised to the accession of the Republic of the Philippines to the Convention abolishing the requirement of legalization for foreign public documents of 5 October 1961.
Therefore, the Convention entered into force between the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of the Philippines on 25 June 2024.
