<title>Launch of INCASTAT</title>
<description>On&amp;nbsp;28 September 2007, an electronic statistical database, INCASTAT, was launched, which&amp;nbsp;generates the Annual Statistical Forms concerning return&amp;nbsp;and access applications relating to the Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction; it also produces statistical charts. INCASTAT is available only to the&amp;nbsp;Central Authorities designated under the 1980 Child Abduction Convention.&amp;nbsp;
