According to Article 12, second praragraph, the accession will have effect only as regards the relations between Burundi and those Contracting States which will not have raised an objection to its accession in the six months after receipt of the depositary's notification. For practical reasons, this six months' period will in this case run from 15 June to 15 December 2014.
