Questionnaire of January 2012
The Special Commission on the practical operation on the Apostille Convention is scheduled to take place from 6 to 9 November 2012. In preparation for the Special Commission, the Permanent Bureau has drawn up a Questionnaire, which is being sent to all Members and Non-Member Contracting States to the Apostille Convention as well as other States that are not (yet) Contracting States but which have expressed an interest in the Convention.
