The book (xxxi + 580 pp.), with a preface by the Secretary General of the Hague Conference and a foreword by the former Ambassador of Brazil at The Hague, H.E. Gilberto Vergne Saboia, was published by the Fundação Alexandre de Gusmão of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil.
