Slovenia signs and ratifies the 1993 Intercountry Adoption Convention

On 24 January 2002, Slovenia signed and ratified the Hague Convention of 29 May 1993 on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption, thus bringing the total number of Contracting States to thirty-three. The Convention will enter into force for Slovenia on 1 May 2002.
